Please book your hotel room at the Nationals if you have not already done so (May 9th or 10th – 12th) and confirm if you would like Harold to register your child (early registration is $ 55). Please plan to leave NY on Thursday, May 9th and you should book a flight after 7:00pm on Sunday May 12th. Chess rate rooms: $166 per night – chess rate ends once the blocked rooms are not longer available.

Each game is 120 minutes, except K-1, which games are 90 minutes.

Fees
Total fees $625. This includes the coaching fees, the cost of the team room, coaches’ flights and hotels and food.

USCF membership through May 2019 is required.
Any roster changes made after May 5th 2019 or on site will incur a $20 change fee.
Unrated players may play in the Championship Sections or Unrated Sections only!!!
1/2 pt bye any round except seven if requested in advance of Round One (limit one).
May 2019 Rating Supplement will be used in compliance with the guidelines for National Scholastic Events.
